BULK BEEF ORDERS

The below is an example of a standard cut for a *whole beef*. We try to evenly distribute the cuts (ie: steaks vs roasts) but make no guarantee as to the exact quantity of each cut received.

If you want a half or a quarter, you will get your even portion of each cut from the steer.
